I'm an indie developer, making games and assets in my free time. When it comes to games, I enjoy playing open world games and exploring everything they have to offer, but I also enjoy simple and cozy games. In the real world, I spend the rest of my free time at the gym rock climbing. When possible, I like to escape out into the woods and go camping while rock climbing out there.

Hexbound was my attempt to recreate ZenTiles, but with more polish and a more distinct look. I also wanted to introduce more of a challenge to the game, as the original was way too easy. I did this by adding more tile types while creating a fixed board size. Not only that, but I also used DoTween for the first time in this project, which allowed to easily add a lot of polish and really nice effects. I was hoping to sell this game to publishers like Armor Games for more the ZenTiles since it was better, but unfortunately that didn't work out. In any case, I am still really happy with the game I ended up with.
